Our Services...
  • Home Health Services

Our company is founded on a history of caring for others. The owners of Quality of Life have years of experience caring for people. Our mission is to provide the highest quality of care and services to our patients while encouraging independence. Our goal is to make every patient feel as if he or she is our only patient.

Home health care agencies are a vast resource for persons in need of assistance in the home. A wide array of services can be performed in the home allowing individuals the comfort of familiar surroundings when an individual or family member is in need of specialized treatment, personal care assistance or just a respite from caring for a loved one.

  • Behavioral Home Health Services

The Behavioral Home Health Program is designed for the patient who cannot always use the traditional outpatient network; the nature of their mental illness or a physical disability prohibits their participation.

Home health care promotes and maintains the patient's independence within his or her own community. It can stop “The Revolving Door Syndrome” often associated with the mentally ill patient.

The Quality of Life Behavioral Home Health Program is committed to increasing the functional ability and promoting the independence (with or without assistance) of the patient within their own environment.

A multi-disciplinary team approach is utilized to focus on the immediate and projected needs of the patients under our care.

  • Physician Care Plan Oversight

In 1995 the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS), formerly Health Care Financing Administration (HCFA), originated codes that would allow physicians to be reimbursed for their oversight of home health and hospice patients with complex, multidisciplinary needs. These new codes went into effect on January 1, 2001, and authorize physicians to bill for certifying and re-certifying home health plans of care.
